I now seem to have a different problem!!! Re-enable the chip, I think the main and only problem here is that you are misunderstanding 'information' for an error message, there is no error it is merely 'post' information letting you know there is no RAID array, a message from the Promise chip's BIOS, it's not something you have to do anything about and disabling the mbultra13 prevents the BIOS of the motherboard from seeing the IDE controller, hence cant install anything. Problem with Bios now solved!!!
If you are looking at Device Manager, the computer must be working to some degree.

You should see all connected drives at the main menu. Thanks again for your help! It has onboard RAID, if you are not using mbkltra133 it is perfectly safe to leave it disabled, you would not need to enable it unless you plan on adding more drives.
